Thank you for coming here to place a new Solution Request. We are always happy to help you! Whether it is a request for new development or you need some help with improvement or migration of your data or you simply need some videos or training materials - anything is better tracked, prioritized and handled via our Solution Request system. In case you have some generic questions, or you want to report a potential issue, please use our Helpdesk system instead.

IMPORTANT: We work by the rule "what is written that is given". Please try to be as specific as possible, so we can fully understand your situation and your needs. What you submit on this page is not a final version. You will still have a chance to review this Solution Request with your colleagues, but once it is Reviewed and Approved, the descriptions in all sections are considered final and we will not be able to accept any further comments (all those would be added into a new sub-request and handled separately). Every added detail is a step towards our common goal: to help you improve your business as effectively as possible. And if we don't have to ask any further questions, our help will be also much faster.
