Responsibilities

Fully understand, document and route the requests of our clients

Handle communications with Manufacturers when needed

Able to see what is needed and wanted in the Manufacturing area

Able to spot trouble and potential improvements

Analyze options and propose solutions

Follow up on approved solutions  and make sure that it fulfills the criteria of our customer

Must Have

-A lot of experience with business analysis.

-Needs to understand how Manufactring works in gerneral, what operations are invoved, etc. Note: you don't have to have been working in Manufacturing physically but that experience is helpful.

-Must have Perfector expierence

-Must have experience with ERP/Manufacturing operations like stock, serial numbers, work orders, etc. Note: Experience with other ERP systems is a bonus and counts towards such experience.

-Excellent English

-Ideally has 2 - 3 years of experience with Manufacturing

-Familiar with Python (able to understand the code and see some potential issues)
                                                                                  -Experience with medical devices as well as any mechanical manufacturing is a BIG plus but not required

-Fair experience with direct customer support (you'll be working mostly at our client's facility)

-Instincts of security and high quality

-Creativity and enthusiasm to help businesses to be more successful 

-Loyalty to stand for the team in good times and in bad times (way up is rarely smooth and calm)

-High sense of humor (we love fun & games!)
